How does a regular active catch up with your friends sound?

Typically, Small Group Training combines High Intensity Interval Training and Functional Strength Training.

 

There is always a strong focus on form and core strengthening and we also incorporate equipment such as free weights, kettle bells, boxing, sandbags, medicine balls and more, to ensure you never get bored – we always strive for progression to help you get the best results!

Rates for up to 6 people are split, including travel costs, equipment and out of session support, making small group training a fun, inexpensive way to work out!

Grab a few friends, choose a location and book in a session.
